By proceeding with your Carnival Milestone Rewards redemption, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Redeeming Your Code
Each Reward Redemption ID may be used once and cannot be reversed after you confirm, so please check your details first. Codes are issued by Carnival, are not transferable and hold no cash value.
2. Your Reward
Every redemption includes a commemorative trophy engraved with your milestone. Bonus gifts are subject to availability. Product images are representative. Gifts are intended for people aged 12 and over.
3. Delivery
Shipping is free. Timescales shown are estimates, not guarantees. Please check your address carefully, as a shipment cannot be redirected once a label is created; if a package comes back to us undelivered we will contact you by email. For international deliveries Carnival pays all duties and taxes, so you will not be charged on receipt.
4. Your Personal Information
Carnival is responsible for your personal information. We use your name and address only to send your order and to keep you informed about it. For full details, and to exercise your privacy rights, see Carnival's Privacy Notice.
5. Support
If something is wrong with your order, contact support.cclrewards@y-not.com quoting your Reward Redemption ID.
6. General
We may update these terms; those published when you redeemed apply to your reward. They are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
